As the name suggests, this is an incredibly well-balanced bat. The DeMarini CF Zen Balanced baseball bat uses paraflex composite material for its barrel. This allows for perfect weight-distribution throughout and actually works to improve the bat’s swing speed. A common experience with this bat is to feel that it is lighter than you know it is. With a drop 5 listed weight, people often don’t notice the extra ounces.
